The Giving Back Project, part of Crown Workspace’s Circulate Program, started in the UK to support charities and non-profit organisations by donating much-needed office furniture and equipment. We are now bringing this initiative to Singapore and invite charities, schools, and non-profit organisations to register if you require donated office furniture or equipment.

How it works

  • We carry out office clearances for corporate clients, where surplus furniture becomes available.
  • When items are ready, we will contact our charity network with a list of available furniture. You can reserve what you need on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • We deliver the items free of charge on an agreed date, based on the clearance schedule.

Important:
This form is only for charities, schools, and non-profit organisations requesting donated furniture or equipment. It is not for commercial companies looking to dispose of their furniture.

Organisation type

If you’re unable to provide your address, please indicate. If you have multiple addresses, kindly list them, but also specify one primary address. This will help us identify which items are closest to you for logistical arrangements.
