Returns Policy

  • Return Window: You have 3 days from the date of purchase to request a refund or exchange. A dismantle fee and collection fee may apply and specific fees will be communicated at the time of the request.
  • Damaged or Faulty Products: If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning unsuitable products.
  • Eligibility for Return: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and/or in the same condition that you received it, including the original packaging if applicable.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, such as custom-made products.
  • Proof of Purchase: Please provide proof of purchase when requesting a return or exchange.
  • Refund Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Exchange Policy: Exchanges will be processed based on product availability which changes regularly. Any price differences will be communicated and settled accordingly.
  • Refurbished Products: Refurbished products may show signs of prior use. This is not considered a fault and is not grounds for exchange.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within the specified timeframe. We will guide you through the return process and provide any necessary assistance.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days of Office Resale receiving your returned product.
