Returns and Refund Policy
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within the specified timeframe. We will guide you through the return process and provide any necessary assistance.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days of Office Resale receiving your returned product.
If you have not received your refund after 14 days, please check with your bank or credit card company. If you have done this, please contact us at officeresalecs.sg@crownww.com.
