Returns and Refund Policy

Our Returns and Refund Policy is 3 days

If 3 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

If the product is received damaged, faulty, or not to your liking please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the delivery by contacting the Customer Services Team on +65 6861 6818 or email officeresale.sg@crownww.com.

Please kindly include your order number as this will speed up the process.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

For returns, customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping. Additionally, a collection fee may be applied if we need to arrange for the pickup of the item from your location. The exact fee will be communicated to you during the return process.

In some cases, returning an item may require dismantling or disassembly. If this is necessary, a dismantle fee may be charged. The fee amount will vary depending on the complexity of the product and will be communicated to you during the return process.

Any item that is returned after the 3 day period will not be eligible for a return or refund.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within the specified timeframe. We will guide you through the return process and provide any necessary assistance.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days of Office Resale receiving your returned product.
