Delivery Schedule: Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, between 9:30 AM and 4:00 PM. Once your order has been processed, we will contact you via email with the delivery date and tracking information.

Delivery Timeframe: Products will be delivered within 3 working days from the date of order. However, please note that there may be delays due to delivery backlogs, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Free Delivery Offer: Enjoy FREE delivery on orders exceeding $400.00 (before any applicable taxes or fees) in a single invoice or order.

In cases where your delivery location does not have lift access, and our delivery team must carry items up or down stairs, an additional fee of $20.00 will be charged. This fee is to compensate for the extra effort and resources required for stair carries.

We are currently unable to deliver overseas.
