By accessing the Website and/or using the Services, you agree to be bound by Crown Terms and Conditions and you indicate your continued acceptance of any amendments to the foregoing issued by us from time to time. If you do not agree to Crown Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy, please do not access and/or use this Website and/or the Services.

 The term “Crown”, “we”, “us” or “our” refers to Crown Workspace (Singapore) Pte Ltd (Company No.: 198003097W), a company incorporated in Singapore and having its registered address at 36 Pioneer Road, Singapore 628504. The term “Customer”, “you” or “your” refers to the user or viewer of the Website.

Crown reserves the right, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these Terms of Use and/or Crown Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice but does not assume any responsibility to do so. Any breach of these Terms of Use shall result in the immediate revocation of the license granted herein without notice to you.

Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that a device’s display of the colours accurately reflects the colour of our goods. Your goods may vary from those images. The packaging of the goods may also vary from that shown in images on our website.

  • Crown does not guarantee, represent, or warrant that results that may be obtained from the use of the Website and/or the Services will be accurate or reliable
  • Crown reserves the right to interrupt or discontinue any or all of the functionality of the Website at any time and without notice. You agree that from time to time we may remove the service for indefinite periods of time or cancel the service at any time, without notice to you.

In the event of any inconsistency between them, the other Crown terms and conditions shall prevail over these Terms of Use.

 

  1. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
  • These Terms of Use and/or other Crown Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted and governed by the laws in force in Singapore and you hereby agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Singapore.

 

  1. TERMINATION
  • In addition to any other legal or equitable remedies, we may, without prior notice to you, immediately terminate or revoke any or all of your rights granted under these Terms of Use and/or other Crown Terms and Conditions. Upon any termination of these Terms of Use and/or other Crown Terms and Conditions, you shall immediately cease all access to and use of the Website and/or Services and we shall, in addition to any other legal or equitable remedies, immediately revoke all password(s) and account identification issued to you and deny your access to and use of this Website and/or Services in whole or in part. Any termination of this agreement shall not affect the respective rights and obligations (including without limitation, payment obligations) of the parties arising before the date of termination. You furthermore agree that Crown shall not be liable to you or to any other person as a result of any such suspension or termination. If you are dissatisfied with the Website and/or Services or with any terms, conditions, rules, policies, guidelines, or practices of Crown, in operating the Website and/or providing Services, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the Website and/or the Services.
